* 60 minutes is ideal for those that want full-body relaxation or need specific therapeutic work on either upper or lower body.

* 75 minutes is ideal for those that want full-body relaxation and need specific therapeutic work on one area of the body.

* 90 minutes is ideal for full-body relaxation and a need to add specific therapeutic work on one or two areas of the body.
We use a variety of techniques to achieve your goals including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, reflexology, myofascial release, PNF stretching, and trigger point release.
