Physical Therapy Services:​
Physical Therapy services are offered with Lydia. You can book individual sessions or add PT services such as dry needling to your massage sessions. These services need to be booked separately, but can be done by e-mailing lydia@grubenpt.com

* 60 minute massage is ideal for those that want full-body relaxation or need specific therapeutic work on either upper or lower body.

* 75 minute massage is ideal for those that want full-body relaxation and need specific therapeutic work on one area of the body.

* 90 minute massage is ideal for full-body relaxation and a need to add specific therapeutic work on one or two areas of the body.
We use a variety of techniques to achieve your goals including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, reflexology, myofascial release, PNF stretching, and trigger point release.
